New Shipping Rates Customers will now pay actual shipping costs.  The shopping cart will automatically charge the following shipping costs: United States - $4.00 Canada - $5.00 all other countries - $10.00 After actual shipping costs are known, the shopping cart amount will be adjusted so that the actual shipping cost will be charged on a customer's credit card or debit card.  However, if actual cost is more than what was initially charged on the shopping cart, no change will be made as Sundrop Designs will pay the difference - for example, if the shopping cart charged $4.00 but actual shipping cost was $4.60, the customer will still pay only $4.00.
