Sundrop Designs is situated in a rural community in the scenic southern Willamette Valley of western Oregon. Quilt designer Sandy Harris has a degree in Curriculum and Instruction and worked in the field of early childhood education for twenty-some years. Shortly after finishing college, she saw a small Bear's Paw quilt used as a prop in a magazine photo and decided she had to make one. Never known for doing things the usual way, Sandy grabbed some typing paper and a ruler, drafted a pattern then raided her box of fabric scraps left from her garment sewing days. Needless to say, her first quilt wouldn't win any awards and she was tempted to toss it out many times, but she cherishes it now as her "Lesson Quilt" because it taught her so much about the do's and don'ts of quiltmaking.

Our Policies

1. Shipping/Handling: We include shipping and handling on orders sent 1st Class or Priority Mail. Small orders are generally sent by 1st Class mail, other orders by Priority Mail. Customers wanting Express Mail or some other type of delivery will need to pay extra.

2. Payment by Check: Make checks payable to Sandy Harris or to Sundrop Designs. Orders paid for by check will be shipped soon as the check clears the bank.

3. Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail us first for instructions. We can either replace the item or refund your money if the request is made within 30 days of purchase. Of course, this only applies to items that have not been cut or soiled in any way.

4. Customer Privacy: All information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) provided by our customers remains private. We do not sell or give this information to others.
