Hi!  My dominant hand was in a cast until the end of May and I'm still moving at turtle speed on everything, but things are finally on their way back to normal.    When I have better use of my hand again, I'll have a few copies of Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks to give away on my blog and I'll share how to make my block, Patch Charming (page 55), with nothing but 5" charms.  Meanwhile, here are a few virtual photos for inspiration.
