Free Appliqué Pattern: Sundrop Kitten
The color image below is scaled for a 3" block. The pattern above is scaled for a 6" block. Click here for pattern with separated pieces. The ears were drawn seperately to allow for more creativity in choosing colorations for the kitten (for example, a calico kitten might have one white ear and one black ear). Pattern can be enlarged on a photocopier for larger blocks.

Is there a real Sundrop Kitten? There wasn't when our logo was first designed. But one day in July the neighbors found a tiny kitten playing in the street where it was sunny and warm and, well, we now have a real kitten named Sundrop, although she usually gets called Sunny. She's a black and white furball with the inverted "V" on her face (top part black, bottom part white) and she has three tiny black dots on her little pink nose. Although the real Sunny only has a half-sized tail, the rest of her really fits the logo and the name!
